Government of Sindh has announced 400 new jobs in Sindh Emergency Rescue Service 1122 with the collaboration of World Bank. In the recent past years, massive floods in Pakistan brought a critical and alarming condition. So both of parties start a comprehensive program named Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP). The control of accidents and emergency situation in National Highways and Motorways of Sindh is its main goal. For this purpose 16 satellite stations have been installed to monitor all activities. For maintenance and operation of these satellites trained staff is required in M-9, N-5 and N-55.

New projects are started by them every year. Therefore large number of well trained labor is required to continue these projects without any hindrance. The funds are given by UNICEF and world Bank. Some stakeholders, private organization also take part and support their service to implement in remote areas.
