The Punjab government has released the list of selected candidates or merit list for teaching jobs in colleges across Punjab. These jobs were advertised by the College Teachers Institution (CTI) of Punjab in October 2024. CTI held a recruitment process this year to fill thousands of positions for teachers and other staff in government and affiliated colleges. As part of this process, candidates had to take a written exam and interview. Now, after evaluating all the applications, exams and interviews, the Punjab government has published the final selection lists of successful candidates. Candidates can download their own merit list directly from the link provided. They should check all the details on the list like name, father’s name, category/group, marks obtained etc.

College Teacher Internee Merit List 2024
Every year, the Higher Education Department releases a merit list for college teaching internships. Many students and graduates who have completed bachelor’s degrees in any subject appear for this internship test. The test is conducted to select suitable candidates to work as interns in colleges. The list given on todayjobspro.com will have the names of candidates selected for the college teacher internship program for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025. A panel of senior teachers will take interview after few days to check their eligibility.

CTI Jobs In Punjab Merit Criteria
The notice outlines the qualification requirements for candidates interested in community college teaching positions. For colleges of basic sciences, preference will be given to those with MS, MPhil or PhD degrees. However, for colleges where these qualifications are not available, candidates with MA or MSc degrees will be considered. For all other colleges, applicants must have a master’s degree or BS with at least a second division in the relevant subject. Candidates’ education qualifications will be awarded 85 marks, with an additional 5 marks for those holding qualifications above a master’s degree. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 50,000 paid through cross-cheques or bank transfers. There is no age limit specified. The job will last for 5 months or it will end sooner if a permanent staff member or someone hired.
