Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is a state-run social security organization that provides pension and benefits to workers in the private sector. This body was established in July 1976 to implement the EOB Act, 1976. Its purpose is to give pensions or grant to workers and employees working in industrial, commercial, and other establishments of Pakistan during old age or disability. If a deceased employee has no wife or children but aged parents are alive, they are given a pension for five years.

EOBI Jobs 2024
EOBI provides jobs every year to take care of workers who stop working after getting old. EOBI collects money every month from employers and workers. This money is used to give pension to old workers to aid them in their difficult time. Male and female candidates belonging to any province of Pakistan can apply in Director and Assistant Director jobs. This opportunity comes only one time in year so don’t forget to apply before the deadline.
The institutions include factories, factories, charitable institutions, private schools, departmental stores, commercial and security companies, etc. where ten or more persons are employed or workers are under this programme. However, such industrial or commercial establishments coming into existence after July 2008 will be registered where at least five persons are employed. When these institutions and employees are covered, pensions or grants are given to the employees and workers.
